After taking way too much time off, I finally went back to the clubhouse and worked out. Boy did it feel wonderful.

I first rode the bike, only because someone else was on the treadmill. It felt good, really good to pick up my speed and get my heart pumping again.
My run, although not as fast as previous workouts, was a good start to what I hope becomes my routine again.

Now that I am only doing freelance writing again, I have more opportunities to make working out a part of my daily routine. That thought alone makes me excited!

I feel rejuvenated, what a great workout. Now time to clean the house and dive into writing and interviewing people for my articles.
