Today’s my third day in a row at the gym, which is a huge accomplishment considering how I let it go by the wayside for too long.
I’m feeling fantastic … and my body is thanking me for the exercise.
My running has improved everyday, as well as my time. It’s truly amazing how quickly your body can fall out of shape if you stop training on a regular basis. It feels wonderful to be running again. I find that I am pushing myself to its limits again, trying to better my workout from the day before. I love the challenge, it only increases my excitement of working out the next day.
I have also included the elliptical in my workout, as well, this go around. That machine has always got the best of me, which I am determined to change. It really works you out, which I’m starting to love. I decided to start with just one mile this week every day. Next week I will increase the distance and hopefully my time.
I have also thrown the stationary bike into my routine, so to say my body is getting a good cardio workout is an understatement.
I have to say I love working from home again doing a ton of freelance work. It’s nice having my own schedule, so I can workout again.
